Starland had previously had a constitution for an absolutist monarchy. However, on April 11, 2010, the Royal Senate passed a new constitution for a constitutional monarchy. We the People of the Kingdom of Starland in order to form a more perfect union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Kingdom of Starland!
