Chrono Harlaown (クロノ・ハラオウン Kurono Haraoun) is an Executive Officer of the Administrative Bureau. Son of two Sailing Force Admirals, Clyde and Lindy Harlaown, Chrono began his military career at a very young age, quickly rising through the ranks despite a low natural mana capacity. He first encounters Nanoha Takamachi, Fate Testarossa and Yuuno Scrya during the Jewel Seed Incident in 0065. Over the following decade, Chrono rises to the rank of Admiral himself, commanding several spaceships, and marries his old co-worker Eimy Limietta, and has two children with her.
