Denise Thompson made her acting debut in the series Miami Vice as Marie Sanserico, girlfriend of Legba (played by Clarence Williams III) and companion of Silvio Romulus (played by Mykelti Williamson), who was thought killed by Legba but was actually injected with toxin in the episode "Tale of the Goat". Thompson's only other credited roles was as Suzanne in the 1989 TV movie Goldeneye, and a 1995 episode of Erotic Confessions.
