Latchgrip is a shiny Octillery, and one of the newer teammates in Division A of Team StormBlitz. He is Clinger's shorter cousin, and acts as his translator. His role on the team is the same as Clinger's role, though. He is the only one that knows OctaCannon, which gives him a great advantage in clearing obstacles that may be too strong for Clinger.
