General Mikhail Bukharov is a member of Raven's Rock and a supporter of President Sergey Makhmudov. He was responsible of all Ravens Rock coup forces (including the Bodark unit). He was killed in his office in Moscow by Ghost Recon. His death was attributed to rogue elements within the coup forces.
