The rules for Newland are... 1) Do not put real world countries or places in this world. Just make up a nation and pick where to settle. 2) Do not make the country ridiculously huge. Don't make your nation the size of North America or even the size of Russia, remember many people may want to settle. So do not settle where someone else already has.
