Born in the underground of Duskplains, during the War of the Hydregs, Vydreim's family was extremely poor and could barely afford toilet paper. Because of the terrible life conditions there, Vydreim's mother sent him to live with his uncle in another underground camp. Vydreim never met his father, who died fighting the War of the Hydregs.
