The Arrow Maker is an old man who lives at the top of Mount Icarus and makes arrows for a living. When Simon Belmont was hit by one of Kid Icarus' Love Arrows and fell in love with Mother Brain, Kid Icarus had to meet with the Arrow Maker to get an Antidote Arrow before his fellow N Team member married the villain.
