Bully Island is an island in Operation: B.U.L.L.I.E.S., where it seems that Jerry Rassic lives there with his sister Liza and all the bullies he's ever created. Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 came here to help Jerry rescue Liza from Jerry's bullies, only it was revealed that the plan was only a set-up so Jerry could get revenge on Numbuh 4 for giving Jerry that wedgie in the first grade. Bullies that's in Bully Island are parodies of dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures include: Wedgie-Saurus Rex (pun on wedgie and Tyrannosaurus Rex) and Wet Willie Mammoth (pun on the wet willie torture and the Woolly Mammoth).
