Dimitri Lousteau was a professional lounge lizard and international forger. Once a promising art student, his rejection by the artistic community led him to begin a life of crime and eventually join the Klaww Gang. Dimitri used his popular nightclub to feed the Klaww Gang's Illegal Spice to all of Paris as well as a cover for his forgery operation. Later, he joined the Cooper Gang.
