The Drowsiness Draught was a potion whose fumes could be used to induce drowsiness, tiredness and fatigue in the drinker. The potion produced a light pinkish-purple steam. A small bottle of this potion could be found on a table in the Gryffindor Common Room, and the smoke from the potion caused one girl to fall asleep while reading her book.
