The Delta Flyer-class (or simply Flyer-class) was a type of shuttlecraft originally created by the crew of the USS Voyager while they were lost in the Delta Quadrant. Unlike any other shuttlecraft before it, the Delta Flyer was a mix of Federation and Borg technology, and was designed to perform in situations that were deemed too hazardous for standard shuttlecraft.
