Akui ( 悪意 ) is one the last three surviving Seishi Clan members. Like most members of his clan he has left his treacherous nation, the Land of Water ( 水の国, Mizu no Kuni ) also known as the "Land of Mist" ( 霧の国, Kiri no Kuni ) to journey the world in search of a power that will allow him to wreak vengeance on his homeland. Throughout this search he has come to be known ,far and wide, as one of the most skilled Genjutsu users in the world.
