The Wind Generator is a level 1 structure in Total Annihilation available to both the CORE and the ARM. It provides to the player's Energy production an amount that ranges from +5 to +30, and the number changes regularly. It is best used in maps with strong wind, as the production rate will be more likely to stay high.
