It has been confirmed in the beta that giant turtles serve as neutral boats between the Tuskarr ports of Unu'pe (Borean Tundra; west side of Northrend), Moa'ki Harbor (Dragonblight; central Northrend), and Kamagua (Howling Fjord; east side Northrend).
