Victoria Beliakova was born in Khmelnitskyy (Ukraine) in the family of architects. In 2004 graduated with honors from high school. 2004-2009 – the student for the Finance and Banking Department of the Kyiv National Trade and Economics University. Master Degree in Banking. Today – the PhD student for the Financial Analysis and Control Department of the Kyiv National Trade and Economics University (KNTEU). The specialization is Accounting, Analysis and Audit. Subject of the research is "The Analysis and Control in Credit Relations of Economic Entities."
