Max Rebo was a Male Ortolan who served Jabba during the invasion of Naboo in 19 BBY. The Ortolan served at Jabba's Palace and was a musician who formed the Max Rebo Band. He was present at the palace when Qui-Gon Jinn wanted to discuss terms with Jabba about Annikin Starkiller decided to leave Utapau after the Boonta Eve Classic. One of Max's bandmates, Sy Snootles planned to kill Rebo when she had the chance.
