Lt. Carol Drake is an employee of Bokamba/Mercer. After the death of Ellis Hughes and Simone Paris, Drake adopted their daughter Erika Hughes (sister of Warren Hughes). When Warren discovers this he decides to track Erika down, which may have brought him into contact with Drake. It is not known if they live in the colonies.
