Harold Attinger is the main antagonist of Transformers: Age of Extinction. He was a no-nonsense government agent who was the nefarious founder of the CIA's black ops unit Cemetery Wind. He is played by Kelsey Grammer, who is also portrayed Stinky Pete from Toy Story 2 and Sideshow Bob from The Simpsons.
