In the chase for Brother Blood, the Teen Titans realized that they needed an ally team on the other coast. The Titans contacted five honorary Titans and they created Titans East. Titans East began creating their tower in Steel City but could not construct it by themselves. They requested help from Cyborg who made Titans Tower East as high-tech as the original Titans Tower. When Brother Blood and his army of Cyclones attacked Titans Tower East, the tower became broken yet again. Cyborg helped rebuild the tower again, back to its original state.
