The Klepp King is the guardian of the Spear of Heroes found within Typhoon Tower in Grandia. He is highly skilled at wielding magic and uses this to transform himself into a Serpent. The Klepp King is the leader of the Klepp warriors and is found in front of his throne at the top of Typhoon Tower, like the rest of his people, the Klepp King resembles a crow and is covered by a cloak.
