A Work Safety Law is a policy where the government passes legislation to ensure workers aren't put into unnecessary risks in their jobs. Work safety laws slightly increase the average level of Health and are met with approval by Trade Unionists, increasing their membership. However, the added level of bureaucracy and regulation causes a slight drop in Productivity, upsets the Self Employed, and discourages self-employment.
