This is the only repeatable quest in Call of Pripyat and brings in significantly more cash than any other quests that are available. Completing the Extraordinary Phenomena is a prerequisite to accessing these. The quest becomes unavailable if you choose to support Sultan in his attempts to strangle Beard's supply. If you have the artifact required by Beard at the time of accepting the mission, he pays the maximum available price.
