Judith Owen is a Welsh singer-songwriter. She is married to voice actor Harry Shearer, who provides many voices on The Simpsons. She appeared as herself in the thirteenth season episode "The Blunder Years" and sung the song "600" for the show's 600th episode Treehouse of Horror XXVII.
