Mr. Kayto was a Blok trustee on Quillan. After his assassination, he became a temporary disguise of Saint Dane. In The Quillan Games, Saint Dane spoke to Bobby Pendragon about competing in the Grand X as Kayto, and used his influence among the trustees to his advantage. As himself, Kayto lived on a lush island and had access to a jet.
