Bessie Bass is a character in the Super Mario series. She first appeared in Yoshi's Island DS. She is a giant Boss Bass, and the mid-boss of World 3. She is not much larger that Yoshi. She tries to crush and swallow Yoshi. She can only be hit on the lips.
