The Dead City of the Ancients was the name given posthumously to the last known ruins of a city of the extinct Kathol. Very little was revealed about the Dead City of the Ancients, aside from it being located on the Kathol continent of Scyon. In spite of several other biologically engineered species inhabiting Kathol following their extinction, no other sapient lifeforms ever inhabited the Dead City of the Ancients. The city was believed to have many undiscovered relics within, such as the Codex and other Force-attuned technologies.
