The Dwarves believe the Great Forge is where they will go after they die. It is unclear if it is for all dwarves or only those who lived a good life. It is also not clear if it is a place of eternal bliss or of eternal crafting and forging, or something else. It is also believed to be the seat of their deity, the Great Dwarf. As said by Vizier Khilbron in the Ring of Fire, the Great Forge is based in the mists.
