The Hall of Justice is an abandon S.T.A.R. Labs hangar located in Central City it's currently owned by Barry Allen who is the current owner of S.T.A.R. Labs. It was used as the base of operations for The Flash Family, Team Arrow, Forgotten Heroes and Supergirl during their War against The Dominators.
