The Biohazard Senyō Controller was a special-edition PlayStation controller released for BIOHAZARD 2 in Japan. The left grip was designed to be shaped like the handle of the combat knife while the right was shaped like the handle of a Handgun. The "fire" button was represented by a trigger on the grip.
