Circling Boo Buddies are many Boo Buddies in a circular formation found in Super Mario World, they also appear in a line formation sometimes by the name of Boo Buddy Snake. These Boos chase Mario or Luigi during game-play to slow them down and make the player halt. The Boos cannot be beaten by any means and you are only to escape them. These Boos usually appear in darker and gloomy levels like Ghost Houses in Super Mario World. These Boos, years later, appear in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and New Super Mario Bros. U with an identical role.
