The Patience Tester is a treasure in Pikmin 2, it is actually a can of Sun Luck water chestnuts. In the NTSC version, It is found on Sublevel 3 of the Citadel of Spiders, and is usually hidden in an alcove and sometimes blocked by a wall. There are a few Anode Beetles that might hinder the Pikmin when recovering the treasure. In the PAL version (since Dimensional Slicer isn't in the game), It is found in Sublevel 9 of the Hole of Heroes, which is infested with many varieties of Bulborbs. It is inside the Fiery Bulblax which may be near some other smaller Dwarf Bulborbs. Use Red Pikmin and Bulbmin to take it out and defeat any other Grub-dogs in the way, especially the Spotty Bulbear.
