Consort was a title used among Hapan royalty and nobility to denote the male sexual partner of a Hapan female. The role of consort was equivalent to the role of husband, but due to Hapan culture, the female was the dominant one in the partnership, and the consorts were sometimes treated as little more than slaves. Isolder was the consort of Teneniel Djo, and Jacen Solo was briefly referred to among some Hapan nobles as Tenel Ka Djo's consort during the Dark Nest Crisis.
