In Dimension Five, Operation Downfall was a planned attack against the moon of Ostarsis by Fleet Admiral Scott Tolan and the remain Colonial Fleet unit. Its goal wass to rescue the human prisoners on the moon, including Commander Bridget Woods and Neveah Ratiff. However, it was leaked to the Cylons and reformed into Operation Dragoon.
