The Elder Kamino's Counsel, mostly called Elder Kaminoans, was a group of Kaminoans consisting of ten members. They were a counsel to the Commandos and their trainers. The Elder Kaminoans choose the clone and Commando ranks. They choose who became a Commander and we stayed a solider. The Elders were known for their wisdom and were called upon by the clone trainers often. One meeting consisted of Dearh Nue speaking of his student RC-1221.
