Dr. Mephisto is a criminal mastermind and scientific genius. He killed Police Captain Drake inside police headquarters at the moment he warned that he would, and performed many other daring crimes. He sometimes used a gun, but generally let his men and his genius be his weapons. Mephisto claimed to repay all of his debts with death. His first headquarters was situated under a cemetery, with a large tombstone serving as the secret entrance.
