As part of a busy day, Mr Spindle visited the Floating Island with the intention of repossessing it. Believing Knuckles the Echidna to be Vector the Crocodile (since the crocodile mortgaged the island in secret), Spindle served the guardian with notice of failure to repay debt installments. Spindle nonchantly introduced Knuckles to Number 47 and detailed what was going to happen with the repossession. After disposing of Knuckles, Spindle was then forced to talk with Sonic the Hedgehog and the Chaotix Crew, but once again allowed his monster friend to handle the explanations.
