This balcony is complete with the flags of Shao Kahn's empire attached on its walls and even a Shokan symbol on the floor. This is where General Reiko and Shao Kahn came to motivate the latter's troops for coming battles. During the Konquest mode of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, Taven enters this balcony and fights Goro, who guards the entrance to the Emperor's throne room, where Shao Kahn held his meetings with his allies.
