DJ Perico - The Parrot is the nickname of a sicario from LA. He escaped into the border after an attempted murder charge and joined the cartel. He amused El Sueño, who promoted him to be the DJ on Santa Blanca Radio. He works out of a tent near El Sueño's mausoleum in the Pucara province, boosting his signal from the radio station.
