An unnamed villager of Dureena Nafeel's race belonged to an unknown colony on Theta 49. She was a decedent of slaves who had been been taken as labor on the ship Qualtham generations earlier. The ship was attacked by Shadows, and the surviving escape pods began the colony. Because of this Dureena Nafeel had previously believed that she was the last member of her race. Unfortunately because the recently arrived Humans were infected with the Drakh plague, she and the rest of her people were also infected.
