"In 1883, a volcano on the island named Krakatau in Indonesia erupted, causing one of the worst natural disasters in history. Burning ash filled the air and tsunamis tore across the ocean. The island itself was almost completely destroyed. Subsequent eruptions have formed a new island, Anak Krakatau, which is currently being monitored by at least one of the Cahill branches. In fact, a certain Cahill branch has set up a surveillance station on an island not far from Anak Krakatau. Active volcanoes don't scare away the Ekats."
