He also played an alternative incarnation of the Doctor in the Big Finish Productions audioplay Full Fathom Five and would return to his role of Poul, now Paulus, in Magic Bullet Productions' series of Kaldor City audios. Outside of Doctor Who, he appeared in eight episodes of the television series Sapphire & Steel as the character Silver, a role he reprised in the Big Finish Productions Sapphire & Steel audio series. He also appeared in the final episode of Blake's 7 as Deva.
