Maleficent's Goons are the tertiary antagonists in the 1959 film, Sleeping Beauty. As their name suggests, they are henchmen to the film's primary villain, Maleficent. Like most henchmen, they only pass one mission: capture Prince Phillip. They are dimwittted as shown they could not find Princess Aurora for sixteen years; mostly because they spent the last 16 years looking for a baby. Maleficent shoots lightning bolts at them for failing her. Maleficent told Diablo, her pet raven, that they were "hopeless" and "a disgrace to the forces of evil". Maleficent is sometimes kind to them as she once called them her "pets" when they captured Prince Philip successfully. This suggests that she may like them...a little bit. They are summoned by Diablo to recapture Prince Philip after he escapes.
