Horva Mextar was a member of the Common House in the Council of El'iadar from 44-52 ABY. He served as the representative of Elauv until retiring from the job to pursue a family life. He was a native Elauvi who decided to go into politics. He worked his way up from regional to district and finally planetary politics before being voted in as the representative to the Council. He was a member of the A'trest Party, though a more moderate one.
