Pyke and the Firefox is a much told tale in the lands of north-east Khul. In the course of the tale Pyke visits Wailing Island and there fights the Wyvern of Wailing Island. At the end of the tale Pyke is transformed into an Eagle (although in some re-tellings he is turned into a Buzzard).
