Tank Upgrades are the system by which the Edelweiss and later the Shamrock can be customised and improved in Valkyria Chronicles. Upgrades are purchased in the R&D section of Headquarters, gradually becoming available as the campaign is played. Three special parts are held by enemy Tank Aces.
