Destiny is Emerald's first Pokemon he received when he first started his journey. Whenever they're traveling together, she is usually seen either walking with Emerald, or resting on his shoulder or head. Destiny mainly fights with both Speed and Special Atk. Her Choice Scarf combined with her Timid Nature allows her to move faster than most agile Pokemon like Weavile, Accelgor, even Mega Evolved Pokemon like Sceptile and Beedrill. She also wields the Magic Bounce ability, allowing her to reflect non-damaging and status moves back at her opponents.
