The Headcase medal is a multiplayer medal in Halo: Reach and Halo 4 that is obtained when a player kills a sprinting opponent with a headshot. The medal was retouched by designer David Candland and was revealed post-beta along with several new and updated medals in the 05/28/10 Bungie Weekly update.
