The Washington Post was a newspaper published in Washington, D.C. Amy Meyer worked as a reporter for the Washington Post during Day 7. When interrogating Jonas Hodges, Jack Bauer put in a call to the Washington Post, threatening to tell them that Hodges was still alive if he didn't cooperate. The exposure of this fact would have led the Prion variant cabal to kill Hodges' family, so he agreed to co-operate and Bauer ended the call to the newspaper. ("Day 7: 3:00am-4:00am")
