Theras needs the tools; just in the past couple days of having worked on the wiki, I think I've deleted at least 100 files. Theras is also courteous when in discussion with other users. Theras has over 1500 deleted contributions, a good majority of them speedy deletion requests (see deleted contributions [admin only]).
